Conference Dinner
Join us at The Greek Club for an unforgettable evening of authentic Mediterranean flavours in a vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy a delicious, three-course meal accompanied by a refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage package, with a selection of premium alcoholic drinks available for purchase. You’ll connect with fellow attendees, unwind after the day, and experience exceptional hospitality in a warm and elegant setting.

Gala Concert
Your week won’t be complete without the treasured memory of the Gala Concert – a celebration of the week’s rehearsals and inspirational experiences. Led by renowned conductors, the Gala Concert will feature the Performance Ensembles and the repertoire they’ve rehearsed over the three days of QMEC.
This is a ticketed event. Admission is included with your QMEC registration – just present your Conference name badge at the door. Alternatively, you can purchase a ticket upon arrival.
