Speaker Guidelines & Resources
Thank you for your participation in the Queensland Music Education Conference 2025 (QMEC 2025), taking place from 7–9 July 2025 at the Queensland Conservatorium, Southbank. To support your involvement as a speaker, the following information and resources are available to assist with your preparation and participation.

Registration Information
The registration desk will be located at the Queensland Conservatorium, Level 2. All participants must visit the registration desk to collect their conference materials and name badge prior to gaining access to the conference sessions.
Please ensure you bring your registration confirmation letter, which contains a barcode. You will need to present this barcode (either printed or on your mobile device) at the registration desk for your name badge to be printed. Your barcode will be sent in a separate email later this week.

If you would like to share files with participants via the Conference app, please upload your materials using the Dropbox link provided: Click here for the Dropbox link.

- File size must not exceed 100MB.
- PDF format is recommended for best compatibility.
- The following file types are supported: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .ppts.
- Please upload any files by Wednesday, 2 July 2025, 5:00 pm AEST
