All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete an online Registration Form.

All fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Early Bird Registration (Now Closed)
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 31 March 2025, 11:59 pm AEST. This registration category does not include the Conference Dinner ticket.
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English).

Please note communications sent by external travel providers are not associated with Arinex. All official event travel and accommodation arrangements, and communications regarding your registration will be sent to you directly by Arinex.

All Full (early bird, standard & onsite) registrations receive the following:
- Access to the Conference program
- Entry to the trade exhibition across the Conference days
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Inclusive (1) ticket ot the QMEC Concert
- Opportunity to purchase additional tickets for social functions, if required
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name badge
Each delegate of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Credit Card
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card or request for tax invoice (payment within 2 weeks of invoice). Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at register.qmec@arinexgroup.com.
Registration Fees: Cancellations on or before Thursday 6 March 2025 will incur a $150.00 AUD cancellation fee. Cancellations from Thursday 6 March 2025 to Thursday 5 June 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after Friday 6 June 2025 will not be entitled to refunds.
Social Tickets: Payments are non-refundable from Friday 6 June 2025.
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
The Organiser of QMEC 2025 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
